World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Change Manager with a strong L&D focus required to join the Transformational Change practice to design and develop L&D materials to help upskill the Transformational Change practice. The role will initially be working with the Leadership Team to develop course outlines and produce training materials used to upskill the practice on the Transformational Change framework and core competencies. This role would then move to deployment and embedment but the critical focus is on materials development.
* Experience with looking at change competency areas within an organisation
* Develop material across the Transformational Change practice
* Management consulting background in organizational change management
* Over 10 years change experience
* Leaning needs analysis and content development
This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
