We are recruiting a Senior HR Administrator to work for a large distribution centre, supporting the project teams and working cross-functionally with the wider HR group.

  • Providing admin support to the project teams
  • Assisting in all people aspects of the projects
  • Managing HR records, ensuring these are up to date and accurate and completing all duties in an effective and timely manner
  • Working alongside the wider HR team and the logistics team
  • Controlling all aspects of administration in relation to plans, projects and other related activities
  • Maintaining outlook, schedules and arrange meetings with relevant personnel
  • Producing action plans for projects
  • Feedback to project teams to update on reports

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Relevant HR project experience
  • CIPD qualified is desirable or higher-level business administration related qualification
  • Excellent computer skills including PowerPoint, word, outlook, excel
  • Proven project administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Confident, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders
  • Experience of HR in a logistics environment is desirable
  • High attention to detail
