My Cardiff based client has a requirement to recruit a Senior Human Resources Adviser to join them on a 9-month fixed term contract. Job Duties

* Responsible for the planning, coordinating and maintaining the job evaluation process and ensure panel are trained
* Coordinating and delivering job evaluation training whilst supporting HR assistants
* Advice managers in all aspects of employment relations
* Assist in the preparation of responses to employment tribunal claims
* Assist and advice managers on the implementation changes to the organisation
* Work in align with the management team to provide professional recruitment advice and ensure all vacancies are filled
* Provide adequate guidance to managers on the implementation changes to the organisation
* Provide advice and support to the management team and staff and promote a positive proactive approach to people management
* Produce quarterly reports on employment activity e.g. sickness, vacancy levels, turnover
* To work in accordance to the organisations policies to eradicate unlawful discrimination and promote equality in the workplace

My client requires a candidate with:

* Experience within Job evaluation initiatives
* Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
* CIPD qualified
* Experience with employee relations case management
* The ability to understand people policies and procedures and how it is applied in the workplace
* Knowledge of a range of administration and Agenda for Change policies
* Can effectively influence others and can build constructive partnerships
* Ability to travel on a national level
* Role model the behaviours and values of the organisation
* Ability to speak Welsh is desirable but not essential.
