Senior HR Advisor/Junior HR Business Partner - City, Leeds, United Kingdom,
Business Partnering the commercial team, this is a fast paced, highly energised & varied role within a HR function, which has good credibility but does also posses the opportunity for change and the next chapter of being an adaptive and enabling function to the rest of the business. The role offers ownership and the opportunity to get involved in projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will have HR generalist experience within a similar, fast-paced, unionised, professional, commercially focused environment where they will have had exposure to a variety of HR issues including: recruitment, attendance, performance management, disciplinary and grievance and ideally a good understanding of learning & development and performance enhancement.
This is an ideal role for someone looking for a a full generalist role, who is able to challenge status quo, and implement changes in an expanding company.
Elevation HR would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:
- CIPD Qualified
- Demonstrable generalist HR experience within within a unionised organisation
- Have experience in drafting policies and procedures competently and with clear attention to detail
- Culturally aware and possess the ability to influence and guide at all levels
- Understanding of and experience in employee engagement
