Senior Human Resources Business Partner - London, United Kingdom,
As Senior HR Business Partner you will be a strong generalist HR professional but also have experience of managing change and leading and delivering on HR projects. You will have previous experience of managing complex ER, writing reports and project proposals and will deputise for the Head of HR in her absence.
This is a newly created role you will be capable of inspiring a shared vision, having impact and influence across a the organisation and have a proven track record of delivering a forward thinking HR service.
You will be an experienced HR practitioner, with proven experience of delivery of strategic objectives coupled with the operational skills to demonstrate a diagnosis of issues, consideration of options and approaches and the ability to execute seamlessly. You will need strong communication skills and have the gravitas to engage at leadership levels and present at functional-wide events.
You will also have the ability to use and interpret data to inform decision-making and manage complex problems and competing priorities.
