The Data and Student Analytics team are spearheading a transformation of the university's data analytics capability. Our aim is to support our key stakeholders in the university by enabling evidence driven decision making through data and analytics.
The Senior Manager, Strategic Analytics will manage the team shaping and undertaking complex data analysis to create insight and recommendations for action to improve student success and satisfaction.
Skills and experience
- Are you experienced in managing a team to analyse complex quantitative and qualitative data and interpret the outputs to make clear recommendations to improve performance?
- Do you have a proven ability to understand complex business questions and take a lead role in the developing a coherent analytical framework which delivers insight into performance?
- Can you tell simple and persuasive stories with data, presenting complex pieces of analysis in an impactful way that can be understood by both technical and non-technical audiences?
If so, and you have a strong practical ability in manipulating and analysing large and complex datasets, we want to hear from you.
