The Client

My client is a leading global information services company, providing data and analytical tools to consumers and businesses around the world. They help businesses to manage credit risk, prevent fraud, target marketing offers and automate decision making.

The Role

The Senior change and communications manager will support the efficient communication of organisation and cultural change across the business unit and our wider global and regional colleagues, helping to drive and supporting our key programmes and the adoption of change through effective communications.

The ideal candidate is a result focused, action-oriented individual possessing a delivery mentality with a record of consistently exceeding expectations. He/she should possess strong leadership and communication traits, and the demonstrated ability to influence outcomes. The position demands a high-level of attention to detail with systematic planning and the ability to execute to plan, but also to question and continually improve these processes.

Job Duties

Support the programme director and exec in co-ordinating and managing the communications to underpin our on-going organisational and cultural change initiative
*

Create effective communication strategies for our business unit
*

Coordinate external and internal communications flow (memos, newsletters etc.)
*

Design sketches of key announcements
*

Write content for company website
*

Plan events, seminars and press conferences
*

Communicate with 'C' level regularly
*

Manage inquiries and arrange interviews, statements etc.
*

Build long-term relationships with influencers and key stakeholders

ESSENTIAL!

Previous communications management and/or change management & implementation and embedding agile methodology into an organisation including the management and implementation of organisational and cultural changes to support this
