The Role

As Talent Development Partner , y ou will join us at a really exciting time for learning and development at Tribal as we look to further build upon lots of the positive initiatives already in place across the organisation. You will support activities globally across Tribal.

This will be a standalone rol e , though you will work closely with Head of Talent , the wider HR team, and of course partner closely with managers and employees across Tribal.

Flexible and part time working will be considered.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

Managing K ey L&D A ctivities at Tribal

A key responsibility for this role will be to manage key centralised learning activities across the business , which include aspects such as our management development programs and a range of other large emergent interventions , for instance activities supporting our evolving high performance culture. Equally, this role will have oversight of apprentices at Tribal ensuring that we effectively engage, support and manage our apprentice population.

Drive U sage of Digital Learning at Tribal

Digital learning is increasingly embedded at Tribal, particularly Pluralsight, LinkedIn Learning and Udemy. Th is role will have a responsibility for ensuring that we effectively manage contractual renewal processes, effectively determine needs and requirements and implement strategies which will enable us to really make the most of the available learning resources.

Delivery of Company Onboarding S essions

A really important aspect of this role will be welcoming new employees into the business through the delivery of engaging, interesting and interactive company onboarding sessions.

Employee Engagement Oversight

Across Tribal we have a network of motivated employee engagement champions tha t create and deliver a whole range of initiatives with the overall aim of making life at Tribal as engaging as possible! The Talent D evelopment P artner will have oversight of engagement activities at Tribal and will join at a key point in the program's evolution providing a lot of scope for positive impact.

The Person

This role has a broad remit covering a variety of areas across Talent Developmen t a nd will be required to work independently to develop and deliver wide ranging solutions , therefore proven experience operating within a talent /learning development position within a comparable organisation would be really important . In fact , a really positive opportunity that this role presents to T ribal is drawing upon the expertise o f a learning and development professional that can really contribute to further developing our approach .

Engaging and positive facilitator skills will also be really important for this position as not only will you facilitate our onboarding process, but there will be lots of potential to identify further opportunities to deliver facilitated sessions.

Finally, a can-do attitude and great partne rship skills will be essential for this role. You will work with colleagues across the global organisation on a wide range of emerging and often complex requirements.
